Understanding your Account Wallet
Your Wallet is a pre-loaded credit balance that powers your usage-based services — things like calls, SMS, emails, and AI features. When you use these services, credits are automatically deducted from your Wallet balance. If your balance gets low, your card on file will be charged to reload it so your services keep running without interruption. If your balance reaches $0, services will pause until your Wallet is topped up. Wallet balances roll over month to month with the exception of complimentary credits. Credits included in your plan do not roll over month to month, so they reset each billing cycle. Your monthly subscription fees are charged separately and directly to your card and are not pulled from your Wallet balance. Think of your Wallet as your usage meter — it keeps things simple, transparent, and tied directly to what you actually use. Manage your wallet settings in your account settings under >billing.
